WHO WE ARE
We are the Inter-Company Organization of NSZZ “Solidarność” – “Razem Silniejsi” (Stronger Together), a modern and dynamic trade union representing employees in the ICTS sector at Teleperformance Poland and Cognizant Technology Solutions Poland. We reject the outdated image of trade unions; instead, we focus on professional partnership, transparency, and effective Social Dialogue.
We draw our institutional and legal strength from NSZZ “Solidarność”, the largest trade union confederation in Poland. Through the National Section of Telecommunications Workers and our affiliation with UNI Global Union – uniting over 30 million members worldwide – we have the power to influence not only our employer but the entire BPO market sector.
We don’t just promise – we deliver. We have already secured:
- Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS)
- Work-From-Home (WFH) allowances
- Blocked intrusive home-office camera monitoring
- Established a Social Labor Inspection (SIP) to protect your digital hygiene and well-being.
There is an urgent need for genuine social dialogue in our company, which is why we act together to improve working conditions, defend fundamental workers’ rights, and level the playing field.

- The First Collective Bargaining Agreement in BPO: Negotiating an agreement to guarantee annual, systemic pay raises (e.g., 2.5% every year) and exclusive benefits, ending the need to ask for a raise on your own.
- Stability of Employment: Creating a clear, negotiated path to transition from civil law contracts (Umowa Zlecenie) to standard employment contracts (UoP), utilizing institutional tools like the National Labor Inspectorate (PIP) when necessary.
